House rules
Follow all year round


  • Non smoking apartment - strictly forbidden.

  • Cigarette butts are not allowed over the balcony railing be thrown on the canopies, community area or street!

  • No parties or events

  • Guests, especially children, are not allowed to climb over the terrace railings!

  • Entering the canopies is prohibited

  • Barbecuing on the terrace is prohibited

  • Upper and side awnings available - but:
    The use of existing awnings is only possible after express agreement and instruction by the administrator or owner.
    A remote control can be given to the guest only for a security fee and if the guest is insured in case of damage.
    At night and in west wind, the awnings are urgently not to use and retract.

  • Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.

  • On the outdoor terrace surfaces are several (drains) so-called "siphons". It can come in dry siphons to odor. It is therefore common to refill the evaporated, standing water at regular intervals, so that unwanted odors are avoided. But of course you are completely free whether you want to top up with water in the siphons or not.

  • When using the outdoor shower, please make sure that you do not run the water uncontrollably and make sure that the water does not flow into the stairwell and thus danger of slipping for other residents of the community.

  • Windsurfing boards, masts and booms are not to be deposited on the terrace surfaces or in the apartment! Please make sure that you can deposit your material for your sports equipment at the respective surf schools.

  • On the day of departure, remove any garbage bags and all food and beverage residues from the fridge and freezer cabinets and dispose of them in a garbage bag in the garbage containers at the Red Plaza.

  • Any damage to the apartment and inventory must be reported to your host / manager immediately.

  • Cleaning:
    Please do not use any chlorine, vinegar or other extremely chemical smelling cleaners to wipe floors or tiles. Since some guests do not speak Spanish, it could come to the purchase of unsuitable cleaners.

  • For any technical problems, please contact your host Jochen Stolz.

  • You must have your own liability and accident insurance and take this claim, should a property or personal injury caused by you and their fellow travelers in the apartment.
    By confirming the booking, you agree to the usual house rules.
    If you enter the apartment without Airbnb or agency portal as a guest, of course, the same rules apply.

  • Of course, the owner's family would only leave the love-filled apartment to those guests who want to respect the house rules.

  • Locked closets of the owner family are of course not open by force, since private things are stowed here.

  • It would be great - if you feel like it - donate 2 liters of tap water to our plants 1-2 per week per bucket.
